WHO WE ARE
AIR Resolutions LLC, a family-owned and operated establishment, is an esteemed indoor assessment service aiming to improve indoor air quality and detect harmful elements. Our certified assessor conducts thorough property evaluations to identify sources of negative air quality, including mold, particulates, and allergens caused by water damage, flood, fire or other intrusions to the property. We provide customized solutions to resolve these issues and ensure a healthier living environment. Our company was started in May 2021, as Suncoast Environmental Testing. SET was owned by a mentor of our assessor, run by our assessor Timothy Crain. Recently, Timothy and his wife Stephanie have purchased the company and have renamed it to AIR Resolutions LLC. Same small business aspects, family owned company, same assessor and team… just a new name and many more available services!
Timothy Crain, Licensed Mold Assessor and Allergen Assessor and his wife, Stephanie George Certified Interior Designer. Both are also certified by the IICRC for Water, Mold and Fire and Odor Restoration.
Timothy has been involved in the restoration and assessment industry for over 15 years. He brings a skill set of knowledge, training, education, and instinct to every property he works with.
His goal is to detect the problem and find a resolution to prevent further damages and losses. Tim has experience working with properties from apartments to single-family homes to commercial properties, but he specializes in single-family homes. Timothy is an active member of NORMI, PMII, and the IICRC.
Stephanie has a degree in business management and marketing with 20 years experience of operating and managing Non-Profit Corporations to Commercial Businesses. She has been in the restoration and design industry for 5+years and has worked to restore properties from 200 ft to 160,000 ft – commercial and residential. Stephanie has the ability to see the vision and be able to describe then design it with every project she is working on. She is detail oriented and takes pride in everything she does.
Timothy and Stephanie both from the north, Tim – Michigan and Stephanie -Pennsylvania. They relocated to the sunshine state many years ago. Tim and Stephanie met while working in the restoration industry, not only did they fall in love with helping others, but fell in love with each other and married in 2023. Outside of AIR quality, Tim and Stephanie have two dogs, Luna and Willow and two teenage daughters. Together as a family, they love to travel, sight see, work on home improvements and DIY projects and experience new restaurants!
