Timothy Crain, Licensed Florida Mold Assessor (MRSA4121) and Certified Environmental Allergen Assessor (NORMI #21701), brings over 15 years of experience in mold inspection, indoor air quality testing, and restoration consulting. His goal is to detect environmental problems and develop effective resolutions that prevent further damage and loss. Timothy has worked with properties ranging from apartments and condominiums to large commercial facilities but specializes in single-family homes, where accuracy and detail make the greatest impact. He is an active member of NORMI, PMII, and the IICRC, upholding the highest standards in every project.

Stephanie holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing and brings more than 20 years of experience leading organizations from non-profits to commercial businesses. With over ten years in the restoration, insurance and design industry, she has helped restore properties from 200 to 160,000 square feet, both residential and commercial. Stephanie is a Licensed Mold Assessor and Remediator and an IICRC-certified professional in Structural Drying, Water, Mold, Fire, and Odor Restoration, as well as a Certified Interior Designer. Her ability to visualize, plan, and design each project ensures a detailed, functional, and aesthetically driven outcome.

Both originally from the north—Tim from Michigan and Stephanie from Pennsylvania—they relocated to Florida and found their shared passion for helping others through restoration and environmental assessment. They met while working in the industry, fell in love with the work—and each other—and married in 2023.

When they’re not helping clients achieve healthier indoor air, Timothy and Stephanie enjoy spending time with their two daughters and their dogs, Luna and Willow. Together, they love traveling, exploring new restaurants, working on home improvement and DIY projects, and creating memorable experiences as a family.
